Dana Helstowski, PT, DPT
Owner/Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor
Dana Helstowski received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center and her undergraduate degree in Exercises and Sport Science from Texas Tech University. Since graduating, she became certified in Polestar Pilates, a Pilates based rehabilitation certificate. She is also certified in Dry Needling and takes a special interest in treating conditions related to the spine but is specialized in all orthopedic injuries.
Dana has known she wanted to be a therapist since she was a young competitive gymnast, as she sustained many serious injuries but was always able to bounce back because of working with physical therapists. It was those injuries that allow her to truly empathize with her patients and makes her mission to get everyone back to doing what they love to do!
When she isn't treating patients or clients she enjoys training for half marathons, doing hot yoga, Pilates and spending time with her husband and two furry friends Leila & Dex the golden-doodles.

Lyndsy Bedell, PT, DPT, CMPT
Physical Therapist and certified Pilates instructor
Lyndsy received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University. She received her undergraduate degree from Baylor university, where she ran track on a scholarship. Since completing her doctorate in physical therapy Lyndsy pursued an advanced Pilates based Rehab certification through Polestar Pilates. She also pursued an advanced manual therapy certification through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). She will also be completing her advanced certification for Dry Needling through the Integrative Dry Needling institute in the spring of 2021.
Lyndsy has always has a passion for outpatient orthopedic care with an emphasis in sports medicine as she can relate to athletes on all levels. Lyndsy is compassionate towards all of her patients and will go to the limits to ensure quality and individualized care in order to get patients back to what they love to do!
In her free time she enjoys running, pilates and anything outdoors. She also enjoys cooking, traveling and spending free time with her soon to be husband Austin!

Chelsea Bardwell PT, DPT Physical Therapist
Chelsea Bardwell, PT, DPT has been a practicing physical therapist since 2013. She graduated from Texas Tech University summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science. Chelsea then went on to receive a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas.
Chelsea became interested in physical therapy as she dealt with many sports related injuries throughout middle school, high school, and college and received therapy herself. She was a collegiate athlete participating in cross country as well as the 800m and 1500m races in track.
Chelsea has years of experience in Orthopedic care treating various pre-operative and post-operative injuries as well as working with higher level stroke patients for balance and overall endurance and strength training.
In her free time Chelsea enjoys staying active, traveling the world, and spending time with family including her husband Joe, daughter Adeline, son Levi and Labrador fur babies Charlie and Jayden.

Jessica Novak, PT, DPT
Jessica is our newest addition to the Synergy family! She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center and her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences with a minor in Psychology from Texas Tech University. She grew up playing multiple sports, with an emphasis on tennis which she continued at collegiate club level during her time at Texas Tech. During graduate school she also found her passion for CrossFit, became an instructor, and continues to enjoy instructing group fitness classes at Vickery Athletics. She has an advanced certification in Dry Needling for pain relief and athletic performance enhancement. She has a special interest in outpatient orthopedic care, with an emphasis in sports medicine, as she has treated athletes of all levels. She is very compassionate towards her patients and will go the extra mile to get them back to their goals! In her free time she enjoys working out with friends, baking, traveling/anything outdoors, and playing with her Goldendoodle, Finley. |
